And here is the ninth.

The wake #9: awakened

"Arghhh". Blimey screamed like he was being crucified. It was like he had lost control of himself. He was walking aimlessly and bashing himself into things. And everything was blurred. His sight was just like the noise displayed on a TV screen when there's no signal.

There was a lone slow minion left behind and he (or it) was coming to catch up with the rest.

The minion kept coming, and Blimey kept rampaging. And then they met.

Blimey bashed the minion with force. They both fell to the ground.

Blimey's arm became normal again, and somehow, the person he bashed into was himself again.

He looked like a "garage boy", but he was probably a student. He yawned. Then stretched. All Blimey could say was " Hm".

"Where am I? What happened?" The guy asked. He couldn't even remember the last thing he could remember.

"Chillax, man. All you need now is to get home".

Blimey directed him, showed him how to get over ground. maybe he found his way.

Blimey's phone vibrated... It was smiles.

"Hey, man. How far now?" Blimey said.

"Well, I'm alive"

"We got back home. Thank God you're safe. It was really crazy... Anyways, we called the CP's office. The police are on it. Where are you?"

"Still in. Look, its weird but I think I cured one of those crazy minions. And earlier... Something happend. My arm...I can't explain this"

"Its now on loudspeaker. Yusuf is here"

"Hey. What did you say about curing?"

"Its crazy... Its probably just a coincidence"

"Just explain. You said something stupid happened before". Yusuf asked, seemingly interested.

"My hand. It hurt. A lot. And it turned yellow".

"That's strange. You cured him. Darkshadow uses his hand to enter people's minds but his hand turns red. I think you have wake energy in you"

"What's that anyway. You only mentioned the name to us. And could that be why he was so interested in me?"

"I really don't know fa. I just thought it sounded cool. Its just something his wingman used to say"

"Hm. So, any advice?"

"Just be careful. That guy is nuts"

"Alright. Bye guys... I hope the police get here before anything major happens."

The call cut without any response from them so Blimey thought "Mugu him credit don finish"

"Thank you all for gathering here. Tonight, you all will take some doses of wake energy here.. And you will give it to someone. Anyone you see. Let's turn this city up side down. Go!"

They started rushing out of the hideout, all holding what Seb Tsana preferred to call the "Wake virus". Ready to spread it all around and make everyone go mad.

"How about the kid?" Seb asked

"If they see him, I'll know"

Blimey had followed the minions to the entrance. But he wasn't sure he was ready to be seen yet, so he waited outside. He was hiding outside, peeping through the door. He just saw Darkshadow physically for the first time... And he sure as hell didn't like him. He couldn't attempt to cure them all. They were too much. He had to cut the head off.

He was just devising a plan to sneak up on them when he got spotted. It was the man from the "Nightmare show", Seb Tsana.

"Look what I found..." Seb said.

Blimey looked at his right arm. He made a fist and started struggling, like he was trying to activate some sixth sense. But it didn't work.

Seb said "I'm Sebastian Tsana. Nice to meet you. I believe we have much to discuss".

"We have nothing to discuss".

Seb quickly pulled out a tranquilizer gun and shot him.
